1. Services

Thermal Clean Carpet Care provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to carpet, upholstery, area rug, tile, and grout cleaning. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and service area limitations.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All price quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions, including but not limited to size, level of soiling, stains, pet damage, odor treatment, and special service requests.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

4. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Thermal Clean Carpet Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-existing damage, permanent staining, discoloration, fiber wear, shrinkage, or defects inherent in certain materials or surfaces.

Customers acknowledge that some stains, odors, and wear are permanent and may not be fully removable.

6. Property Conditions

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known issues, fragile items, or areas of concern before service begins. We are not responsible for damage caused by structural defects, faulty installations, or pre-existing conditions.

7. Website Use

All content on our website is owned by Thermal Clean Carpet Care and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
